Jason Hull is not only the President & CEO, but he is the master website designer and is involved directly with the client on every project. Jason has a lengthy background in the technology industry. He has worked for Verizon, Hewlett Packard, and several other companies in a technology related role. He started OpenPotion, Inc. shortly after getting ridiculously high bids for website a design project.
Jason realized there was a better way to cut costs: by eliminating nearly all of the two most costly aspects of website design (programming and graphic design work). By leveraging existing technology and using open-source software he was able to create sites in days, rather than months, at roughly half the cost!
Since then OpenPotion has taken off, largely due to his happy clients spreading the word. This afforded him the luxury of working anywhere, so in 2009 he left West Los Angeles to be closer to his two daughters. Jason currently is enjoying living in Burley, Idaho with his beautiful wife Ashley, two adorable daughters, his wild 2-year-old son, their gentle chocolate lab, and their crazy, snorting, black pug.
Jason earned his degree in Business Marketing and is self-taught in website design and wants everyone to know that nerds are cool!
