We use RingCentral for our phones, extensions, voicemail, fax, click-to-call, 800 number, and more and we only pay $60 per month!  That is less than the cost of 2 phone lines from the phone company.  Not only that our calls can redirect to our cell phones when we want and we can make and receive calls from our computers!
